1. Supporting, Kindness, Encouragement, Troubleshoot.
2. Decisions of team can only be made with both agreements from managers and team members. (excludes visitors)
3. No members may be banned or kicked without consent of more than 66% from the team managers. (6 out of 9 managers must agree)
4. No members may fight among themselves for any reason of stupidity.
